3. How does Attires Sourcing select manufacturers?

We have a rigorous selection process for manufacturers, which includes assessing their production capabilities, quality standards, compliance with ethical and environmental regulations, and previous track records. We only work with reputable manufacturers who meet our stringent criteria.

4. Can Attires Sourcing handle both small and large orders?

Yes, we cater to clients with varying order sizes, whether it’s small-scale production runs or large bulk orders. Our flexible approach allows us to tailor our services according to the specific needs and requirements of each client.

7. How can I get the goods inspected?

We have our own strong Inspection team. If you want us to make the inspection of goods in your favor, we can do that and we can assure of making shipment of goods perfectly. In this regard you can rely on us.

If you want to make the inspection by your own nominated person or by any third party you like, we welcome. Regarding quality of goods, your satisfaction is our satisfaction.

8. What is your Leadtime for delivery of goods?

The Leadtime of goods depends on a number of factors like quantity of orders and others as follows:

If the raw materials (fabrics & accessories) are from imported sources like China, Taiwan or India, our Leadtime for delivery of goods is 120 days.

And if the raw materials (fabrics & accessories) are used from local source (Bangladesh), Leadtime is 70 days.

For both Lead times, you will have to ensure that we will receive L/C or T/T and the relevant documents for production on time.

9. What are the geographical regions that Attires Sourcing operates in?

We have a global network of manufacturing partners, allowing us to source raw material products from the countries: China, Taiwan, India, and Bangladesh. For exporting the finished garments, our range is worldwide.

10. How does Attires Sourcing ensure compliance with ethical and environmental standards?

We have strict guidelines in place to ensure that all our manufacturing partners adhere to ethical labor practices and environmental regulations. We conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and work closely with manufacturers to implement any necessary improvements.

11. What are the payment terms for working with Attires Sourcing?

Payment terms can vary depending on the specific agreement with each client. The ways we take payment of goods are:

  • L/C at sight
  • Advanced T/T for 50% and the balance T/T after Final Inspection of Goods.
12. How can I get uninterrupted and clean communication about the activities concern with production and shipment of goods?

We maintain communication with our customers in clean English language and the main mode of communication is email. We are prompt and in consideration of emergency cases, we don’t have any day off, we may also contact through WhatsApp, if needed.

13. How can I get started with Attires Sourcing?

Getting started with Apparel Sourcing is easy. Simply contact us through our website or email, and one of our representatives will be in touch to discuss your requirements and how we can assist you in sourcing the right apparel products for your business.

14. What are your sampling procedures?

Whenever you will give us any order inquiry, we will quote price on it. If you accept the price, we will submit you style sample (with available similar fabrics & accessories) based on your given product descriptions.

If there is any suggestion on our submitted style sample, we will make the necessary adjustments and resend you the style sample for your approval.

Based on your approval on our submitted style sample, whenever we will get the actual raw materials for production, we will make the pre-production sample and will send to you for approval.

Based on your approval of the pre-production sample, we will go for bulk production of goods. And we will send you production samples (as per your requirements) before shipment of goods.

15. Can I use your office as a “Liaison Office”?

Of course you can! If you want to use our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh as a “Liaison office”, we will welcome you.
